I just moved to WA. No job or health insurance. I am so glad I found this place!! I am so proud to live in WA. Literally saved my life!

This clinic is an amazingly helpful asset to our Clark County Community! My friend who is uninsured was able to call at 9am and secure an appointment for 1pm the same day. The front desk manager did a great job explaining which paperwork to fill out. I noticed she is bilingual which is a positive skill to serve a greater audience. Doctor Feldstein demonstrated excellent bedside manner in her initial physical check-up, and tests were run without any cost to the patient. Luckily, this patient did not have any infections and therefore did not require medications, though, the Doctor was totally willing to prescribe them if necessary. Keep in mind that everybody who works here is volunteering their time, and everything will be okay as long as we lead with Gratitude. I am extremely grateful to the Physicians and community partnerships that help keep this clinic alive. 10/10 Recommend, Rating this wonderful Clinic as an overall positively pleasurable doctor's office experience. There is a young woman wearing dark glasses of Hispanic origin working the front desk who is VERY RUDE. She purposely ignores phone calls so if you're unable to get a hold of anyone there is a reason! And doesn't call back when leaving a voice message so don't you dare call again because then she's visibly annoyed. I don't leave very many reviews anywhere but I was so shocked and appalled at this treatment. If you're going to work in a health care setting, why not have a heart to help people? I ended up having to come in in person and was very polite and thanked her but on the way home cried at her callous and cold hearted attitude. She said I called last week as well, which isn't true and I can prove it. But even if I did, I obviously wouldn't keep calling if my questions were addressed, I wasn't having fun trying to get a hold of someone either. The doctor was great. I'm so shaken up by the interaction with front desk I can't say I recommend this place at all.

Thankful for this clinic they are very helpful with me and family members, doctors and nurses have been great. However, I must report persistent and concerning issues related to the front desk operations that are impacting the patient experience; by whispering to each other in Spanish like we wouldn’t understand or never answering the phone or when they do they just say they will call later and NEVER DO.

Hey, people this clinic is by appointment only. No walkins.... So was given name of another clinic with " walk in hours". This other clinic didn't answer phone. Long story short!! Hey don't except walkins either. I'm still in pain with an ear infection, no insurance and no money until payday. Just frustrating most people don't seek out help they don't need.

This clinic features a welcoming and understanding atmosphere. Great access to transportation including C-Tran cycling; plentiful parking! Friendly and accommodating staff puts concerned people at ease!

Great doctors! My mom did not have insurance when we found this clinic. She was seen by a very knowledgeable doctor, who got the right diagnosis and prescription medication that helped her a lot! The only negative comment: they never pick up the phone. It's impossible to schedule and appointment by phone, you have to physically go there and do that in person.

I cannot believe that people are giving this place only one star. We need to understand that this clinic is absolutely free, they rely solely on the community for funding, all of the staff are volunteers, they have their own in-house FREE pharmacy and the wait time isn't all that bad. The number of people in our area without medical coverage is staggering and that is why you can expect to have a long wait time. On Tues/Thurs, they open their doors at 5:30 PM and you need to be in line no later than 5:00 to guarantee yourself admission. You can expect to leave around 8:00 or 9:00. They genuinely care about your health. They are wonderful people, providing wonderful service, and deserve only the best ratings.
